Bad Service

Hey everyone, just a heads-up about Rentoza. Please be very cautious before considering any service from them. I signed an 18-month contract to purchase a TV, expecting to pay off my buyout after that period. However, there was absolutely no clear communication from their side. I ended up paying for 22 months without realizing it. Now, they’re telling me it's a "pay as you use" model, but they are still insisting that I pay the buyout amount. When I asked specifically about the payments I made for the four months after my contract was supposed to end, their response was just "pay as you use," with no proper explanation. Their service is incredibly bad and confusing, and honestly, it feels like a ****. My sweet advice is to avoid subscribing with them to save yourself from this headache and potential financial loss. Stay safe and don’t make the same mistake I did.
