Bad service

It’s the worst service provider to apply for a phone contract because the want payment first and then tell you to do a verification process that keeps on saying time out every time I tried. And then I ask for help on there app and then the agent kept sending me link to do the Verification and kept doing the same thing. And I tried email them asking for a refund and the agent kept on send me link to do the verification process the more I told them it’s not working.
