BAD SERVICE

First I purchased a laptop ,It took them 5 days to assist me to unlock the laptop after paying my deposit. I returned it as the service was horific. Then they say I must wait 15 days for my refund. Payments were made for my phone and they have locked my device and it is weekend.No is responding not via phone, email or whattsapp. They just don't give a damn about their customers..
