Bad service and lack of communication

Biggest regret of opting for their services, I signed up and made payment on a device I was interested in and got approved on the 19 December 2024. I was advised by the consultant that they do have stock of the device in their warehouse and the only issue I may face is courier due to public holidays, I was also given an ETA for me to receive delivery of the item on the 17 January 2025. We going into February and I still haven’t received my order , no communication has been sent for a new ETA and what’s even more frustrating is that they don’t have a call centre for someone to request a refund and everything is done through WhatsApp which is very much frustrating and an inconvenience
