Bad service and communication
Ordered and paid the required amount on the website for an apple watch, waited over a month for my order and I was sent an incorrect color of the Apple watch that I ordered. Upon inquiring they tell me that they did not want to tell me that I will be getting a wrong color and I will have to wait another month for a correct device. The communication is bad and you can't even reach them via phone. I don't see myself ever making an order here again. Already I see bad reviews of refunds, I guess we will see if I do get my refund.
