BAD SERVICE AND *****

Please do not support this company, I ordered a phone, and they called to say there was an issue with their supplier and offered me a phone 3x the prince, which I refused, several weeks later after NO delivery, I cancelled the order, and they said that they would refund in 6-12 working days, and nothing happened, when I followed up, they said that there was an issue with their "refund system" and they could not give me a date to refund me my deposit. And when you mail them, they respond and close off the ticket, this is disgusting service.
