Bad Service

I subscribed to a phone In December 2025 till now I have not received the phone. They keep giving me excuses about the ETA which has lapsed. You send an email today and receive a response after days. They keep telling me about waiting for stock, now my question is what are we paying for if they can't deliver, I eventually took another option and was told it will arrive in 7 business days, when I remind them I am being told there has been delays, 3 months now that they have my money and not delivering .They wait for me to ask them about the delivery and then bring a story about stock. Something is very wrong.
