Bad service

I order items with this company. Their policy says they deliver within 5-10 working days.During the delivery period. They called and told me the items because had ordered were out of stock yet on their website it's available. I then took another phone.in which which have failed to deliver deliver time. When I asked them about my delivery they told me about other customers and I told them they cannot tell me about other customers it's got nothing nothing do with me. The person told me I was being rude I which I had had apologize .I thought the would deliver yesterday but they did not even today thwy telling they will not deliver which I very bad .
