Bad service

I placed an order with Rentoza in January 2025 I still have not received my order and a year has passed. Every time it is the same story we out of stock, out of stock for an entire year.

I took an I phone 16 with them I paid R1800 a month and on the buyout price I paid R2800 over a period of 3 months. I then app**** for a Samsung that would be R380 a month for 12 months. However I got turned down by not being approved and that simply does not make any sense at all as I have been a loyal customer and I have been extremely patient to wait an entire year for the washing machine that I have ordered and still have not received it and done paying for the I phone 16 but now they can’t even approve me for a simple phone that coast R380

Highly disappointed. I want a full refund on both the washing machine and phone.
