bad service

i was supposed to pay on the 26 then i forgot to move the money, it declined and then they sent me a link to pay and i paid on the 27, they have locked the phone and they are saying they are coming to take device the money i paid i have lost it and i wont get it but on the contract or lease agreement i signed it said you have 3 days to make a payment after due date which i am within TAT , this is a very very very worst company i will never recommend it to anyone , they are literally breaching their own contract
