Bad Service

I am not happy with how I am being treated here and the level of service I receive. On the 28th of December 2022 I took a TV with Rentoza and the last payment date was supposed to be 27 May 2024. I still continued to pay regardless and then after two months paying after the final payment date I realized I have paid more then in June 2024 last year they sent someone from Rentoza to my house to collect the TV this person came with a Van and he was even carrying a gun shockingly I said no you cannot do that I will continue paying then he proceeded to to say I’ll pay my last installment and then I’ll pay the buyout price for 6 months which was supposed to be R5000 and a couple of Rands I paid till December 2024 never missed an installment then now in March 2025 again they send someone to my house threatening me that they will come and repossess the TV with police after so much time of paying this and that buyout thing this is really not fair. I made payment again today of R930 I don’t want to speak to none of you guys this should be the last payment I make cause I am really being ****med serious. Imagine spending your money for a TV more than 2 years and people come to your house saying it will be repossessed.
