BAD SERVICE

The only way to write a review is by giving a rating, if I had to option to write write without a review I will not rate at all.

Please do not deal with these people, they are running an ********* business and they rob you, I have been paying my subscription every month and the 2nd month just before my subscription is due to end, I arrange to pay on the following Friday which they have agreed to do, I have received numourise whatsapp message threathing to pick up my item, I send POP a day before from the initial agreement and they kept on pushing the contracts terms and conditions about penalties and to have the courier sent out to collect. after questions and requesting a responds I get ignored, today I receive a letter from a company called accountability request for the 10 months fees to be paid and i have 20days to respond of which I refuse as the 10 months they are making ref to was paid and I have payment transactions to proof this.

Mohau, the so called Repo person is the worst person I have met in my life and must not thing because they are in the repo department that they above the law, their internal communication is so bad. I have contacted their so called 3rd party called accountability and requested factual information that was issued to them in order to render me with a final notice calling for 10 months worth of payments.

I have my communication in writing, Im actually glad that you cant get a hold of them on the phone, this would have even been a bigger mess,

I had such a smooth run until now, I give credit where its due and i will also review on bad service, I have mentioned the number of bad reviews they received previously with them and they have a no care attitude, I will now proceed to receive legal guidance in order to practise my consumer rights.

Im dont writing 10 000s messages and emails to these people, I think is time for me to now dispute and will report them to the ombudsman and the national regulator, companies like these try to stand behind clauses of there contracts, and think we as consumers don't know our rights, it does not mean you have in your contract that it is fair practice and can be over ruled by the court of this country. Social media is big and this is where people go our to review companies like yourself before proceeding with doing business with you.
