Bad service

I Robert john smit have recieved my samsung s21 fe from rentoza on friday 07/10/22. I requesed the pun as the phone is locked . I gave Rentoza all required information for them to give my pin so i can use my phone . Its now the 11/10/2022 and they still dont want to give me my pin i call after hours and no one picks up the phone
