Bad poor services

I can not believe the unpleasant experience I'm having with you guys. To constantly email you guys with no response for my refund when you decided to double debit my account with no reason. And you funny part is that if I miss a payment for a day you'll are up on my emails every second but now when you have to refund me you're no where to be found. I'm so disappointed with you
