Bad experience not recommend

I had a very disappointing experience with Rentoza. I app**** for a phone on the 9th of May, and R2180 was taken from my account almost immediately. Shortly after, I was informed that my application was not approved. I then requested a refund and was told it would take 6–12 working days. That timeframe has long passed, and I still have not received my money back. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication. Emails go unanswered, and WhatsApp messages are ignored. It feels like once they have your money, customer service disappears. This has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend Rentoza to anyone based on my experience. Be very careful before dealing with them.
