Bad customer services empty promises

I ordered paid and was verified successfully then I was promised two different delivery dates which came and no item was delivered now that I'm trying to make contact with them no one responds to my mails or online chat they are quick to take my money but but TK deliver on time going for 3 months now and no one responds to me now ****ing bad reali
