Bad customer service

I decided to give Rentoza a bash after many thoughts and the customer service is absolutely disgraceful! I have verified myself and attached all the neccesary documents on the application and they are still asking me to send me the documents which I did once again for the 3rd time, paid the money and now there is nothing to hear about them. They are not responding to my messages, nor via whatsapp! It is quite frustrating to say the least!
