Bad company and bad customer service!!!

I wish this company can close because there are no proper services form them, they email you all the time about outstanding payments and then there lawyers email you and when you reply to them they can’t even get back to you, I have finished paying my PS5 with them about 9 to 10 months ago which was about R5000 that i paid and up to now I still get emails that say I’m behind on my account, they can’t even send proper statements that show you what’s going on on your account with them. Won’t recommend them to anyone!
