Bad communication service

First was sceptical of using this service cause of the reviews but gave it a try. Signup was smooth delivery was fast and everything was in order. Well life took a turn and I reached out to Rentoza in time to see what my options were. There was too many occurrences of miscommunication between us to a point I waited two days for collection but nobody came or bothered to call instead they send emails about legal action ect, never once refused collection always communicated and explained yet they say they called. :/ I’m not happy about how they communicate!
