Bad client experience

Lack urgency, communication amd professionalism as a whole.

I am deeply frustrated with the company’s processes, lack of clear communication, and poor handling of my contract application. Funds are taken immediately, yet after ten days I receive a decline with no proper explanation. To make matters worse, refunds are not processed promptly, showing a consistent disregard for customers’ time, trust, and financial well-being.
