Bad bad service

Worst worst ever. Still waiting on my refund since 12 November 2021 and they say 3 to 5 days for refund even asked extra 2 days and still nothing waiting almost 13 days now for my 2 refunds and since Monday no response replies from the support group after said ima take things further and they must change their policies by saying 3 to 5 days for refund but almost 2weeks already still nothing. Excatly glad not get the products, imagine had it how it would have been each month. Bad service bad everything.
