bad bad move of my contractual life

12 Months contract of hell ,someone please flush the $##@ service and Rentoza for me. Every month i pay their subscription but guess what i get the mail of unpaid subscription and soft lock drama ,when i call is just an apology ,this is not my 1st review but aayi they stay the same. now they are fully paid but they send people to come collect like really .does the staff even communicate as i has a conversation earlier with them telling me I've paid up the deal ,after the unpaid email
