I ordered a Samsung A03s from thus place, when the phone came it was already opened and then revealed with a rentoza seal it didn't come with any charger or earphones when I reported it they said I should pay again so I can get another phone and yet this was not my problem in the first place. The have been sending me emails saying I must wait they sent it to dispatch
The phone was used and second hand I mean I didn't pay to get something second hand

There does seem to be a misunderstanding. To clarify, we did not tell you to pay again to get another phone. We simply offered you alternative devices that were ready for dispatch and if a device was more expensive than your A03s there would have been a shortfall.
In addition, as per our records, you have confirmed that nothing was wrong with the device. You only wanted accessories.
