Awful Service at Rentoza

Their support and payment department are a disgrace. I had a 12 months subscription with them. At the end of the 12 months, I wanted to buy my device out which is one of the options when taking out a subscription with them. That was in November 2024. Up to this day, I haven't received the buyout agreement despite my frequent follow ups. I am being harassed, they lock my phone while they don't keep their end of the bargain with the buyout agreement. It has been 3 months already. I see they don't want to end the subscription for their own benefit.
