Avoid at all costs, I’m left wondering if I’ve been ****med

Very poor service, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. I ordered a Series X console from Rentoza on January 2021, a day or two after placing my order I receive a call informing me that they are now out of stock and I would need to wait an additional two weeks to receive my order. Which seemed fair at the time, two weeks later I receive another call from Rentoza informing me that I would have to wait until May 2021, I thought this to be rather excessive seeing as so many reputable retailers had already received several restocks in this time. Yet again when the ETA in May came around they moved the ETA up to June, I found this to rather odd so I started reaching out to Xbox South Africa to get some clarity on this situation, they advised that there had been shortages of stock but resupplies had been happening as I was well aware from checking in local retailers over the past couple of months.

Needless to say it has now been more than 6 months since placing my order, Abdullah and Tazlynn that I have been dealing refuse to take any calls to shed some light on the situation, my emails get no reply and I am starting to wonder if I’ll even receive my order at all. I have since resorted to getting feedback from Xbox South Africa who informed me that Rentoza is not managed by the local team which raises an eyebrow as to validity of any warranties on their products.

I would honestly recommend that anyone looking to make a purchase with Rentoza honestly take your business elsewhere, your service requirements will not be met and you will be left wondering if this is actually a reputable retailer. Very disappointed as a client and hoping to receive my order soon enough.

Since posting my reviews I have seen several other clients lodged the same complaints about delays, no feedback and excuses being made. This is clearly a reoccurring pattern with this company, nit sure if this just another **** at this point.
