Appreciation for an employer

I have placed an order in March for the ps5 and I was struggling to get help for the longest time until I spoke to Richard Malaudzi who went out of his way to assist me and make sure I get my items on time, he made sure I became a happy customer when I was really unhappy! Admirable employer!
