Application standing still and money was taken

I sent through all my documents and my statements and it stated clearly on my staments that my salary shows. I then log a ticket and I'm told that there shows no constant income on my statements how don't know how that's possible. I then send through again my payslips with my statements and now it's like I'm gosted with no feedback. I urgent need u to move my application along or refund my money ASAP. I hope I was not ****ed by Rentoza.
