Appalling Service - Order 231631

I’m honestly very disappointed with how this refund was handled. The refund was supposed to be processed within a specific time frame, yet it was only done after that period had already passed, which now means I have to wait even longer to actually receive my money. This delay is completely unacceptable. I made my payment on time, so I expect the same level of efficiency when it comes to a refund. The lack of urgency and communication throughout this process has been extremely frustrating. It’s very poor service, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone have to go through the same experience.
