Appalling Service from Rentoza

I would not recommend Rentoza to anyone, they locked my device even though payment was made via a link sent by them, this is how I always make payment and it has never been a problem, but to my surprise this morning my device is locked, and I'm told payment may take 24/48 hours to reflect, but I've always done payment this way and my device has never been locked
