APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been waiting for my delivery since Saturday and they just keep saying that they have been attempting to deliver to an incorrect address, these people have my money as I have paid for the first months subscription and have not received my order washing machine, furthermore the courier service they use Sky.net is appalling not once did they call me to say the they are getting lost they just updated that I was unavailable while I was waiting for them at my home the whole day.

I have sent numerous emails and they are now just not responding to any of them, their customer service advisors whom I was liaising with Mpho and Rholivhuwa are just missing in action. I am disgusted by this service from a company that has my money and I don't have my washing machine.
