The funny part is; I saw all these negative reviews and thought I should give them a benefit of the doubt and "maybe" I could get a different experience, WOW! their customer service is the WORST!, I even cancelled my order before it even arrived and demanded my cash back, it isshamefully sad how a company with such a unique business model is dragged by its customer service department, the co-founders (Chris, Aviraag, Avinesh and Mishaan) should really take a look at their customer service before they demolish such a unique company.
