i am writing to formally demand my refund following a declined application for a Lenovo laptop through Rentoza on 9 March 2026. I was informed that the refund would be processed within 6–12 days. It has now been over 4 weeks, and I have yet to receive my refund or any meaningful feedback despite multiple follow-ups via email, Facebook and WhatsApp. you guys are running **** of a company and Very ****** company This delay is unacceptable.
