Almost a Year and still not received my order!!!!

Ordered an Xbox last year March 2025 for my sons birthday in May. They have not had stock; I have every month sent an email asking where my order is. Then I was promised before Xmas and still nothing. NO response to my emails either. January 2026 I am told that I will receive my order in 6 to 8 weeks. It's been 4 weeks and I did a follow up email as it has been nearly a year and no stock. This morning, I get an email saying no stock once again and I can get a reimbur*****t if I want.

Ridiculous that it's been a year and promises to turn into lies. So, no birthday present, no Xmas present. Ludicrous that this is what a supplier does.
