Activating phone

This is the worst company to deal with, the fact that they do not have a line to call them on makes it worse, I finally got the device and they are struggling to help me with a Passcode to open the phone so that I can start using it. I have been emailing and explaining the same thing to0 numerous people and they do not seem to understand or want to assist
