Account department in a mess

I sucessfully completed my subscription (6 months) and this was confirmed in writing by Rentoza. Then received a nasty collection letter which made no sense plus Rentoza is still debiting my account!!!. Rentoza now OWES ME R1438 and I cannot get hold of them telephonically!!!
