Absolutely no customer service

What a mission to get any response or assistance! Emails get ignored, no response to WhatsApp or Online Chat!!! I have been requesting my Change of ownership since the 7th of February when final payment was made! Rosemary says she has sent it yet I have now informed her on more then one occasion I haven't received anything! I didn't have issues recieving a COO last month but now all of a sudden I am not getting it! And I am the one having to continually try contact Rentoza with absolutely no satisfaction!
