Absolutely disgusting service

After paying my subscription to them, they locked my device. I have sent over six emails to these people and they still have not resolved the issue. I get an email from a different person each time asking me the same question. They are quite *********** and send me threatening messages on a monthly basis even though my subscription is up to date. It's been two days and I haven't been able to use my device. ******* company to deal with. Absolutely *******. Their service center staff seem uneducated. Very quick to send attorney's letters and threaten - yet they are at fault. No sense of accountability.
