A month later NOordered and paid for product RECIEVED

I placed an order on December 20th, paid in full, and signed a contract. It’s now been a month, and I still haven’t received the item. Initially, I was told it would arrive by January 23, 2025, but now I’m being informed of stock issues. When I ask for an updated timeline, they are unable to provide one, meaning I could be waiting for another month—or even longer. The service has been unbelievably poor. Why take payment if you can’t fulfill the order? To make matters worse, all communication is limited to email and WhatsApp, which only adds to the frustration.
