3 months no communication no refund 😡

I ordered 3/4 months ago...order was cancelled refund was suppose to take place in 12/14 days...it's almost 4 months with no communication what's going on...they had internal issues which they had planned to resolved soon but it's 4 months now...I'm guessing they still have the issue

That's why I have received my refund or been responded to promptly.

I would not advice anyone to do business with rentonza, they'll only frustrate you with their poor customer etiquette 🚮
