How long does it take for any agent to become available? Surely you don't just have 1 support agent on duty!! Its been more than a hour with no bother from any agent contact. This device is LOCKED REGARDLESS OF THE FACT THAT PAYMENTS ARE ALWAYS PROCESSED A WEEK EARLY!! Agents do not bother to respond on any of their forums
