1990? Rentoza where are you?
I wrote regarding the wonderful Rentoza a couple of weeks back. I had to contact them, got told to please change my Hello Peter complaint and..... I'm still sitting in the same position. I have not received my money back - Although I was told it has been processed. NO ONE is taking 2 minutes to chat to me on anything. I think it's possible Rentoza are in 1990 still. Maybe I should send them a SMS. I would not recommend my enemy to deal with them. Enough is quite literally enough.

11 Apr 2021, 14:50Rentoza, the day after I wrote this, I sat on your live chat for 40min waiting for some one to talk to me. Only then did a lady call me and explain what was going on. And the fact that you are wiping your hands clean and making me do all the work is disgusting.
No don't try make yourselves look innocent.
Your customer service is non existent. It's called TALKING to your customers. When you let people know what's going on, they are quiet. It's when you don't talk that this situation comes into play.
