14 working days money back guarantee is a lie

Do not ever use Rentoza. I am disgusted at how the company is firstly not reachable, and secondly they do not want to pay my money back. I had my application for a PS5 which is fine they had their reasons which were unknown to me and I do not want to know if they thing I cannot afford R420 a month then let them be.

According to their FAQ it takes up to 14 working days to refund if your application is not successful but now it is 14 working days plus 9 later and still no refund. I then googled contact details and came across a whatsapp chat only number and I am blue ticked when I send messages to them and their service on whatsapp is really poor, I regret paying them. How it works for me to pay them is when you insert an item into their cart and check it out then you pay before even receiving the item then your application will be pending their approval and if approved then they send the item but if declined then they refund the amount within 14 working days which is a lie hence I am here. Do not ever in your life use Rentoza, they cannot be entrusted with responding to a whatsapp so why would you trust them with your money.
