I am so frustrated with rentoza! I've been waiting for nearly waiting for 2 months for a device but the website shows 14days after verification you receive your package. I suggested a new device that can be shipped and dispafched immediately because nobody can give me a proper date when it be supp****. Nobody replies to my emails,there is no contact number to call. Rentoza is disgusting! From being the best because of efficiency but now is the worst. They are keeping my money for a device I paid for. I said I'll opt for another device just to make things easier but nobody replies! They have the worst customer service. I want a call back to arrange a new device or give me a refund.
