⭐ 1 Star – Worst Service Ever!

Hello Peter Review – Rentoza is a ****!

I have had the worst experience with Rentoza, and I want to warn others before they fall into the same trap.

I ordered a CPO Galaxy A53 5G (Order #179404), and in October 2024, the device stopped working completely despite having no physical damage. I immediately reported it to Rentoza, expecting them to collect, repair, or replace the faulty device.

Instead, they ignored my requests for months—October, November, December—failing to collect the phone as promised. Out of frustration, I got an independent assessment, which confirmed a motherboard issue, meaning the fault was with the device itself, NOT me.

After months of no help, I stopped paying because I cannot pay for a service I am NOT receiving. Now, Rentoza is still trying to deduct money from my account, even though they failed to provide the service! They refuse to cancel my subscription and continue harassing me with debit attempts.

🚨 This is completely *********! 🚨

They don’t uphold their service agreements.

They ignore customer complaints.

They still take money even when they fail to deliver.

I have now escalated this matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) and the National Credit Regulator (NCR).

If you’re considering Rentoza, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They will trap you in a contract, fail to provide proper service, and still try to charge you unfairly.
