Useless Pest Control
Useless pest control service. Paid in full for 2 treatments at home for ants. Payment was made in full before the first treatment. What was said by sales and what was said and done during treatment was different.
I was sent an invoice 1 week after first treatment - although I paid in full before any treatments were done. It has been a month and nobody has come to do the second treatment. I contacted their office situated in Centurion. I live in Centurion and nobody could help me. I was sent back and forth to 6 different people, holding each time, only to be sent to another person when I explain what is going on.
It has been a month later - still waiting for 2nd treatment.
They have no clue what is going on. As a lot of companies these days - very quick to take your money but absolutely useless when it comes to service and after sales service.

I believe that the branch manager has made contact with you, however he was not able to resolve the issue. Again, this is extremely disappointing and we will be escalating the matter to ensure that we improve the service levels delivered by our branch.

- your statement above is absolute *******! I was contacted yes - and I requested to get a partial refund due to the 2nd treatment not being done. I also communicated via the phone conversation it is all about the principle of the matter, and your ratings clearly show this is a very common occurrence.
I was informed that the manager will contact me - this was never done. Your are simply trying to save face with your comment above. Stating I was contacted by the branch manager and the issue could not be resolved is total BS!!
I paid for a service which was never completed. Pathetic!
