Useless, Pathetic Services from Rentokil Initial and we wasted R932.65 for NOTHING!!! We were ****MED!!!
We paid for a pest control service from Rentokil last week, then on Monday the 22nd of November 2021, they sent a Rentokil guy to clean our apartment of pest. On that very same day, Rentokil called and said that they want to reschedule because of a breakdown. The vehicle breakdown had nothing to do with us but yet they made it our problem.
They then sent another replacement to us but the Rentokil guy that came to clean our place, was probably a ***** because he used water to clean our place. We never had such a bad experience with Rentokil before but yesterday, we had an aweful experience with Rentokil. The guy used water because our place are still infested with cocroaches.
When we first used Rentokil last year in 2020, it was so great. When that Rentokil guy left our premises last year 2020 in February, there wasn't even cocroaches anymore that roamed like they do now. The ***** Rentokil guy that came, didn't even really app**** much cocroaches gel to kill them. It was like he was stingy to use it plus he was lazy, arrogant, hasty and wasted our TIME plus MONEY!!!
We would never recommend Rentokil to anyone because they are not using Poison to kill pests or insects, but water nowadays. It is probably to save money on their expenses.
They ****med us because we paid Rentokil Initial R 932.65 for NOTHING. It was a complete waste of time and money because we could've bought the insecticide gel or spray ourselves and spring cleaned the place manually without using the PATHETIC SERVICES of Rentokil.
I even sent an email afterwards but no one rep**** because they knew what they did. This is a ********** Company, Unreliable and cannot be Trusted anymore.
If you need a pest control service, stay far away from Rentokil and rather get a Company that will provide a professional service and that will go the extra mile for you unlike Rentokil that's *****s!!!
We wasted R932.65 for nothing. They might as well CLOSE THEIR DOORS because they are a complete *******!!!
Emails was sent but TEELA OSBORNE kept quiet and didn't even botherer to reply...
USELESS and PATHETIC SERVICES received from RENTOKIL INITIAL on the 22nd of November 2021.
I won't recommend them to anyone plus I will leave NEGATIVE REVIEWS on all Social Media Platforms.
I'm deeply sorry for such a frustrating experience, and that you experienced our technician to be lazy and arrogant. That is certainly NOT Rentokil-endorsed behaviour.
We escalated this complaint to both his Branch Manager and the Regional Business Manager, and they will be doing an investigation into the tech's behaviour. They have also been in touch with you.
Thank you for allowing us an opportunity to re-service today with a different technician and Branch manager supervision. We hope to be able to restore your faith in our services.

The Branch Manager, Mr Moller and the Senior Technician was here today. I am so glad that they came to resolve my issue. They even did an inspection to make sure that everything is in order.
They re-serviced my place again and this is how I knew Rentokil Initial. The Branch Manager, Francois and Mr M Louw was so friendly and didn't even hesitate to resolve my issue. They went the extra mile. It was so nice to meet them in person.
