The epitome of disorganisation.

I have been struggling to get this company to stop billing me and to cease their services. I have contacted my rep (Louise Kruger) - she doesn't answer her phone, nor does she answer emails. I have contacted the finance department themselves, and the issue is ignored.

When I did eventually get through to someone, they passed me on to the wrong department and they were unable to follow up. There has been no follow up from the new department.

Terrible service from admin staff and some of the reps that come out to us. They leave their tools and belongings in our shop quite often.
