Terrible service
I got a quote from Rentokil . The service agreement that I and their consultant signed said specifically stated that we wanted the fumigation to be done on a Saturday. Only when we wanted to pay so they can come in, were we told that the amount excluded Saturday overtime. So how did your consultant sign something he wasn't sure of. I feel they were just taking chances and wanted to rip us off. If your price excludes Vat or excludes after hours and Saturdays explain it to your customers don't assume .

Our Regional Sales Manager did a full investigation last week after we received this complaint, and contacted you to propose a solution to your problem.
I'm sorry that the solution was not acceptable, however, I hope that you will still consider using Rentokil in future for your pest control requirements.
