Technicians Messing Around
<p>We booked and confirmed a fumigation to be done today. Payment was also donein advance. The technicians were supposed to arrive at 08:00am it is now 10:30 and they have not arrived. After multiple phone calls to the office the technican calls at 10:25am to say that he is stuck in Beyersnaude and will arrive shortly. There is also a baby on the residence which we have made arrangements for to not be here as the fumes are toxic and now we have too reshedule. This has also messed withwork arrangements and caused a lot of chaos.</p>

Our sincere apologies that our technician did not make his scheduled appointment with you. I can understand the frustration of having to make plans around an agreed apointment slot, and for us to miss that appointment is unexcusable.
I have escalated this to the Branch manager for his attention, and an investigation into what caused the technician to miss the appointment.
