Still have the problem - nothing was solved!!

<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a pest problem at my house that is currently rented out. When my dad and I spoke to the lady – she assured us that you would be able to sort out the rat and ***eon problem!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid the invoice straight away – so now what?? What did you actually do for the R1327.00 I paid!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the message I received from my tenant yesterday:</p> <p> </p> <p>Hi Nicola. Hope you are well. Sorry to bug you on a Sunday. The rat and ***eon problem at the house is getting a bit out of control. We can't sleep at night because of the noise in the ceiling and the rats have infested the pantry behind the fridge. I cleaned it out this morning but the smell is revolting. I had to rip out the Marley tiles in the pantry because the rat pee has soaked into them. The rats are also chewing through the tv cabling in the ceiling. We have met up with a guy from Roof Rats who has said he will come take photos in the ceiling and give us a quote to come and clean out, sanitize and close all the access points.
